OptiLine® Fan Coils

ECM Fans

OptiLine comes equipped with a high efficiency backwards inclined ECM fan with a three speed EC motor. This results in power consumption of 30 watts or lower, saving 3x the wattage of a typical 400 cfm fan coil.

To improve overall fan efficiency, ECM fans also come equipped with direct-drive plenum fans. Because belt-driven fans can waste energy due to slippage, requiring the motor to work harder. Direct-drive plenum fans solve this by eliminating belts altogether, connecting the motor shart directly to the fan blade.

Decentralized HVAC System

Hotels and condominiums with fluctuating occupancy rates are prime candidates for decentralized HVAC systems.

Reduced Energy Waste
Occupants control their own room climate, minimizing waste energy in unoccupied spaces compared to constantly cooling/heating entire buildings.

Imroved Efficiency
Decentralized systems eliniate ductwork, which is a major source of energy loss from leaks and temperature transfer.

Occupancy Sensors & Door/Window Contacts

Ideal for environments with varying occupancy rates. Occupancy sensors turn on and off the equipment or reset the setpoints, while door and/or window contact can be interlocked to disable the unit when left open.
